Secure Online Backup - Best Practice Plus Online Backup is a group of services that provides a reliable, redundant and secure means of backing up critical business data. Traditional backup technology using magnetic (tape) or optical (CD or DVD) media has a number of drawbacks, including the need for daily operator supervision, the need for offsite storage for media and various problems associated with data recovery in the event of a disaster. Secure

• Secure storage of your critical data in a facility geographically separate from your office. Your data is protected in the event of fire, computer theft or other disaster.
• Encrypted nightly transfer of data to our site.
• Eliminates security problems associated with traditional removable media

Redundant

• 3 physical levels of data redundancy (One level at your office, and two levels at McCraw Corp. office).
• A local (i.e. in your office) backup to a reliable hard drive.
• Annual Archive copies of data provided on CD or DVD media.

Automatic and Dependable

• Backup is performed automatically (including holidays and weekends), without the need for operator intervention.
